Into Mobile Teen Center Activities
Youth and Teen Media Education Programs Through our media programs, you can get a head start on your career, develop your interests, or learn valuable lifelong skills. Programs include RECYouth, our digital media program, and the Garden Kitchen Lab, our food science program.
The Teen Center is located in front of the Youth Activity Center on Cabrillo Avenue near San Tomas Expressway. The Teen Center offers a variety of activities and services to the teen community which include an after college program, recreation classes, Teen Breakaway (summer only) and special events.
Local Help. Contact local recreation centers, established youth groups and college and church-based youth program directors. Talk with them about ways to build a teen center into an existing program.
Awesome is here The mans & teens Club of the Redwoods has opened the CLUB @ the McKinleyville Teen & Community Center and is currently running their after-college programs for Middle and High collegeers aged 11 to 18.
The Schaumburg Teen Center offers an assortment of educational, supportive, and recreational activities for youth in the Schaumburg community.Activities and programs encourage personal development in a supportive, accepting, and safe environment. The Teen Center is open to high and high college students, ages 12-19, who reside in the Village of Schaumburg.
The Approach: While many teen centers struggle to attract older teens, The VIBE doesn’t contend with that concern, because it exists in a community with one high college and no high college. Located in a small town of 29,000, The VIBE doesn’t have the scale or depth of a place like The Neutral Zone.
Many community centers have swimming pools, tennis courts, running trails, e parks or sporting fields where teens can enjoy a variety of activities. Recreational facilities may also include bowling alleys, indoor rock climbing facilities and ing rinks.

The Youth Center is a social and recreational center intended primarily for use by ren ages 11 to 18 years. In some cases, ren as as six years old will use a Youth Center, but usually only if special programs are in place to accommodate them.
