The Bride Says Maybe is the second book in The Brides of Wishmore series by Cathy Maxwell. My main complaint about the first book, The Bride Says No ,was that it was all over the place as far as POVs and the woman who was supposed to be the main character, Lady Aileen, took such a backseat to her bratty teen that it turned me off.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Bride Says No? a lot of Tara’s Any additional comments? I used to like a lot of Cathy Maxwell’s book and could not put them down but this book was a drag to get through.

The Bride Says No is not a typical romance as Cathy explores several secondary characters and their love lives, but I quite liked reading about the different people on the pages. I wasn’t a big fan of Aileen’s er teen, Tara becau I LOVE Cathy Maxwell.
